I love this picture, it's exactly when I first met my baby girl. Its so crazy watching her change and become her own person. I was so lucky to have her welcome me with open arms and an open heart from day one. I love her as I do with both Lily and Gavin. Shes a great big sister and she deserves all the love in the world. Seeing her transition from a little chubby cheeked girl who could barely even tie her shoes to this very independent 8 year old is a total trip. I get so happy when she want's to read with me or do homework together, help me cook dinner, or just hang out, it's a great sense of pride knowing she enjoys being around me. It makes me sad knowing I couldn't have met her sooner but I thank my lucky stars that eventually I did. She has helped me learn even more about myself and I love her more than all the stars in the sky... My children are my everything!!!
